1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LUWICK website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Services

LUWICK offers web development, UI/UX design, e-commerce, and digital branding services. The specific details of each project will be agreed upon by individual contract.

• Delivery dates will be specified in each proposal
• Prices are subject to change based on project scope
• An initial deposit is required to start work

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the LUWICK website, including designs, code, logos, and texts, is the property of LUWICK or its licensors.

Once the full payment for the project is completed, the client will receive the usage rights for the delivered work as agreed in the contract.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost is required to start the project
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid upon project completion
• Refunds: No refunds are made once work has started
• Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the base price

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback inquiries and requests promptly
• Make payments as agreed
• Provide necessary system access for development

6. Limitation of Liability

LUWICK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
